Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of gift voucher sales
In force from 1 September 2026.
§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for the sale of gift vouchers through the restauracjastrona.pl website.
- The Seller is STRONA. spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office in Poznań, ul. Małopolska 12/2, 60-616 Poznań, Poland, KRS: 0001157688, NIP: 7812085148, REGON: 54099757000000, e-mail: kontakt@restauracjastrona.pl (the "Seller" or the "Restaurant").
- These Terms are made available free of charge before the contract is concluded, in a manner allowing them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.
- Placing an order requires a device with internet access, a current web browser and a working e-mail address.
§ 2. Subject of sale
- The subject of sale is a gift voucher of a monetary value chosen by the Buyer, entitling its holder to use the Restaurant catering services up to the nominal value of the voucher.
- The voucher takes the form of a PDF file containing an individual number, the amount, the expiry date and a QR code for verification.
- The minimum voucher value is PLN 50 and the maximum is PLN 10,000.
- The voucher is not an electronic payment instrument or a payment card within the meaning of applicable law.
§ 3. Placing an order and conclusion of contract
- The Buyer places an order by selecting the voucher value, providing the data required to process the order and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Placing an order requires consent to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period (§ 7).
- The contract is concluded once the payment has been credited by the payment provider.
- The Buyer must provide true and current data. The Seller is not liable for non-delivery of the voucher resulting from an incorrect e-mail address.
§ 4. Prices and payments
- All prices shown on the website are gross prices in Polish zloty and include VAT.
- The price of the voucher equals its nominal value. The Seller charges no additional fees for issuing or delivering the voucher.
- Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Available payment methods are payment card, BLIK, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- The Seller does not store the Buyer payment card data — it is processed solely by the payment provider.
§ 5. Delivery of the voucher
- The voucher in PDF format is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer immediately after the payment is credited, and no later than within 24 hours.
- If the voucher does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact kontakt@restauracjastrona.pl. The voucher will be re-sent free of charge.
§ 6. Rules for using the voucher
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher.
- The voucher is intended for single use during one visit to the Restaurant. Its value is deducted from the final bill.
- If the bill is lower than the voucher value, the difference is not refunded or paid out in cash.
- If the bill exceeds the voucher value, the Guest pays the difference by the chosen method.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher is a bearer document — the Restaurant does not verify the identity of the person redeeming it.
- We recommend booking a table in advance and indicating that payment will be made with a voucher.
- The voucher is marked as used at the moment of redemption. The same voucher cannot be used again.
- The Restaurant is not liable for the loss, theft or destruction of the voucher by its holder. If the PDF file is lost, the Buyer may request that it be sent again.
§ 7. Right of withdrawal
- Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights are, as a rule, entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- This right does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal (Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
- By placing an order, the Buyer grants such consent and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal upon delivery of the voucher in PDF format. Confirmation of this consent is included in the e-mail sent with the voucher.
- If the voucher has not yet been delivered, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract by contacting the Seller at kontakt@restauracjastrona.pl.
§ 8. Complaints
- Complaints should be submitted to kontakt@restauracjastrona.pl or in writing to the Seller registered address.
- A complaint should include the Buyer details, the voucher number and a description of the objections.
- The Seller considers complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the Buyer of the outcome at the e-mail address provided.
§ 9. Personal data
- The controller of the Buyer personal data is the Seller.
- The rules for processing personal data, the purposes, legal bases and the rights of data subjects are described in detail in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
§ 10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- Consumers may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including mediation at the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection and assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman.
- Detailed information is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: uokik.gov.pl.
§ 11. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Orders placed before an amendment takes effect are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
- These Terms are in force from the date indicated above.
