  • Your personal data is processed for purposes strictly related to the nature of our business as an entity providing the services detailed on this website. Depending on the nature of the matter, the processing of personal data is mainly carried out based on the following provisions of the GDPR:
    • – Art. 6(1)(a) – consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data – e.g. when you wish to use our services, such as making a reservation at the restaurant operated by the Administrator at ul. Gwarna 13a, 61-702 Poznań.
    • – Art. 6(1)(b) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract – this is the most frequently used provision when handling our Guests' matters.
    • – Art. 6(1)(c) – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation – e.g. forwarding personal data of employees to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) or the Tax Office.
    • – Art. 6(1)(d) – processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject – e.g. in situations requiring medical assistance.
    • – Art. 6(1)(f) – processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests – e.g. pursuing legal claims.
  • In connection with the operation of the website, the reservation system, and the sale of digital vouchers, your data may be shared with processing entities (data processors), such as: Vercel (cloud website infrastructure), Supabase (secure database and information storage), Stripe (certified payment processor), and Resend (email and voucher delivery platform).

Other information:

  • The storage period of your personal data depends on the nature of the matter and legal provisions. Typically, this time equals the duration of using our services and approx. 5 years after their termination.
  • Every person has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing.
  • Every person has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
  • In connection with the processing of personal data, every person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  • The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
