TARTARE and CHAMPAGNE - an evening of unique combinations

We invite you to a special evening, "TARTARE and CHAMPAGNE", during which we will present six original takes on tartare, paired with six carefully selected champagnes. A meeting of flavour, precision and craft at the highest level.

The evening will be hosted and narrated by Head Chef Paweł Salamon, who will talk about the idea, technique and composition behind each course, and by Sommelier Marcin Krzystolik, who will introduce the character and nuance of the chosen champagnes and their harmony with the dishes.
